Gianluca Ruggieri is an Italian Private Event Chef, born and raised in Rome, Italy and now in Toronto, where he moved back in 2019. 

In his ongoing culinary journey, Gianluca has taken on the mission to educate Canadians about authentic Italian cuisine. Through private dining experiences and recently gaining attention for his Tiramisu reviews, he has sampled over 55 Tiramisus in the city, with the journey still unfolding.
